Residential & Commercial Xactimate Estimate Writing
We write residential & commercial estimates for roofing and exterior projects (gutters, siding, paint, etc). Whether it's a small repair or a large-scale construction project, we can provide detailed and accurate estimates that reflect the scope of work required. Our turnaround on residential projects is 72 business hours or less (rush services available) when requests are submitted during normal business hours. Commercial request turnarounds are based on the complexity and scale of the project. To provide the most accurate estimate we require a measurement report or can provide one for you (Eagleview, Hover, or similar) and property photos to determine all accessories and components of a project.
Insurance Claim Supplementing
We provide supplementing services to ensure insurance claims are full in scope and accurate in dollar amount. Our team works day in and day out with insurance adjusters to determine the scope of work for property claims so you don’t have to waste precious hours on the phone or emailing your adjuster back and forth. We handle all communication, so you just have to collect payment at the end and get compensated for the work you did!
